1.3. Payments
- Unless otherwise agreed, starting any web design project requires full payment of the contracted amount.
- Maintenance plans (Basic, Premium, and Custom) are billed monthly or annually, according to the client's choice.
1.4. Intellectual Property
After the full settlement of the project, the website and its source code (excluding third-party software licenses or rented premium plugins) become the client's property. WebKroma reserves the right to display the developed projects in its digital portfolio for self-promotion purposes, and the right to perform necessary maintenance to promote the proper functioning of the site.
